This location is Aero Precision’s main manufacturing, and distribution facility. So you place your order through their website, and they ship you all your items from this location. Their website is very extensive, but yet not intimidating or difficult to navigate through. I like their inventory of apparel, firearm accessories, and even rifle builds. I purchased quite a few things just recently, and I am very pleased with my order. Everything came reasonably fast, and the packaging was phenomenal.

I've been using Aero Precision parts for several years, and just today, I finally ran into a reason to contact their customer support. The Aero warranty team is outstanding! Shipping times are the absolute worst. Been waiting the better part of a month now for an item to even ship. They have no problem charging right away for the item however. If you read other reviews about Aero you will see other people have the same issue and Aero will respond saying something about ridiculously high demand and staffing issues but that's not correct because other companies like Midway USA, Palmetto State Armory and Primary Arms have all been able to ship basically the next day AND I've already received those items during the Holiday season. I've been shopping for the holidays and multiple other businesses have been able to ship and deliver multiple times during the month of December and the item I've purchased from Aero in November has yet to even ship. Also, their customer service is non-existent. I've emailed them to cancel this order, obviously no response. If they can't even ship an order I've paid for a month ago I assume their email inbox is back-logged by a year or two. I like Aero's stuff but if I ever find I need another Aero part I'm going to a local dealer who already has it in stock because they obviously can't handle the "High Demand" of the firearms industry like other companies can. UPDATE: After some more time has passed, still nothing. Absolutely zero customer service. I'm currently on the phone with them now after the third day of trying to call them. Each day I have spent the entire hour of my lunch break on hold only to hang up because no one answers. Ever. There's an option to leave a message but the option doesn't work. I'd be hard pressed to believe anyone would even call or message back anyways. Emails are useless too. The only time I ever received a response was a short one sentence email saying my order was not confirmed. However they took the money from me so either give it back or send the product. The lack of customer service has led me to the conclusion I will never purchase another Aero product. I know they don't care if they lose me as a customer but I cannot support a company who steals your money and leaves you high and dry. If you're looking for quality, look elsewhere.

No customer service, no common sense. Was sold a defected product that it took 20 days to get it replaced, and the replacement that came in was in a far worse condition that the original item. Individual handling my return is completely clueless and tries to tell me that the defects are not as bad as I think they are... Last I checked I was paying full price for "high quality product" so why would I want to agree to keep something that doesn't meet my expectations. In addition to above mentioned order, I placed two more orders - boy do I regret that decision... First order came in within couple of days, but packaging inside of the shipping container looked like it blew up, all lower receiver parts were just loose in the envelope - I hope all of those little springs and pins are still there. Second order I placed 8 days ago and it still wasn't shipped. Eight days later after they charged my card, the items had not shipped yet... I try very hard to buy American Made but unfortunately, stuff from China would have been here by now. I'm very tempted at this point to return everything (God willing I get the refund sometime in this century) and go somewhere where my business is appreciated.

I have been working with Aero Precision since 2018, and I have never had an issue. Between Talbert, Merari, and some other folks that are very responsive on the chat, I have always had my issues resolved. And even one time I was able to get an extra goodie because of an issue. They are top notch. I am not sure how folks interact to have bad issues, and I know things can happen, but for me, these have been my go to people for rifles, and they get me straight if their is any issue with FFLs, orders, shipping, or anything else. Good folks, for sure. I am Team Aero all the way!

Have a number of builds from them and more than happy w/ the quality and performance. But this morning when I clicked on their email link for Black Friday I'm seeing purple and gold anodized receivers and parts? Might as well just add red and blue too. Way to make your stuff look like childrens' toys. It's bad enough w/ the cheap Chineseum mall ninja crowds at the local gun shows and ranges, but now Aero Precision? I got it, it's about marketing and making a buck from the widest audience. You just lost me as a customer. When firearms start looking like kids' toys, you've lost your way and you're making the rest of the pro-2A crowd look like children.
